1st to explain the reason I wrote this essay. I have been betting on the net or at a brick and mortar casinos for many years. I have learned, the fixation can grab a hold of you and you won’t even notice it until you are flat broke. Especially if you’re on a winning run. I’ve gone through countless thousands of dollars in a very tiny period of time and still on occasion, I will go too far. It seems you are just having fun until you decide to be aware of your loss and the guilt settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can get it back" repeatedly. It doesn’t works. Then you become queasy in your belly and the more you try the quicker you lose.
When you notice that you’re up, remain on the UP! When you start to lose, don’t say to yourself, "well perhaps one more" and over and over again, trust me, this method hardly ever works. Say you’re betting on slots, have a bankroll set to the side before beginning your action. Don’t exceed that boundary, no matter how tempting. If you actually succeed, put that in a different cup. Don’t spend your wins no matter what. Once you’ve gambled through your original set limit, call it a day. Head out, regardless if it is on the web or at a land based casino, don’t stay around. Always keep in mind, there will be a different day, a different time.
Keep in mind, gambling is supposed to be exciting not exhausting, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you do not belong there. If youcan’t manage the cost, don’t even begin.
